We are seeking an exceptional part-time Family Worker to join our team working with children and their families in North Cambridge. The individual will be the lead professional for a caseload of families who may have complex needs, working intensively with all family and extended family members for an extended period if needed. Hours to be agreed – but we embrace flexible working.
The primary purpose of this role is to work in partnership with families who are experiencing challenging situations/circumstances, in their homes, in school and the wider community, to achieve positive outcomes for the whole family.
This role is initially a fixed-term contract of 12 -13 months for a pilot project which we aim to get funded beyond the initial 12 months.
