We’re looking for a new Project Manager.

The Red Hen Project is committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety and welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Project Manager

Based in our office at King’s Hedges School, The Red Hen Project Manager will provide leadership of the project and ensure that the Red Hen charity is effective in achieving its aim and objectives.   This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to play a pivotal role in taking the project forward through a newly awarded 4 year Big Lottery Reaching Communities grant.

The successful candidate will work closely with two family workers and enjoy the support of a dedicated group of trustees.

Responsible to: The Executive Committee of the Red Hen

Salary: SO1 point 29-31, £25,951 – £27,668 (pro rata £8,958 – £9,551) £13.19 – £14.06 per hour,

Hours per week: 15 term time plus 1 week in the school holidays
